Eat within 30-60 minutes of waking up to lose weight !

I will eat Breakfast everday within 30-60 minutes of waking up.

Eating Breakfast Boosts Metabolism
- "breaks the fast" of hours and hours that your body did not have any fuel or food
- a revved up metabolism started early so that it burns the maximum number of calories
- the longer you go without food, the more your body conserves energy and stores food as fat
- if you don't eat, your blood sugar levels dip and cause you to overeat to compensate

Eating Breakfas helps you to Avoid Hunger
- breaks the fast of not eating for 8-10 hours or more
- people who eat breakfast consume fewer total calories throughout the day
- eating a meal early in the day gets your leptin production started
- leptin is a hormone that suppresses appetite, so the early the start of production the better
